Receiving & Growing Care
Keep the plant in bright, sheltered conditions with steady warmth. Water the root ball thoroughly when needed and allow it to drain. Let recently transported plants settle before carrying out substantial pruning.
On arrival, check pot stability, branch clearance and moisture before moving the plants to their holding area. Keep stock labels with each group so that later trimming and handling follow the correct species and grade.

Agree the root-zone preparation and documents required by the destination before shipment. The pallet dimensions in the table are a packing reference; the loading plan depends on the selected trees, canopy clearance and transport route.
