Receiving & Growing Care
Keep receiving conditions steady and avoid repeated changes in position. Manage moisture carefully in the small root volume, with drainage after watering. Preserve the fine canopy with light trimming rather than cutting back heavily on arrival.
On arrival, check pot stability, branch clearance and moisture before moving the plants to their holding area. Keep stock labels with each group so that later trimming and handling follow the correct species and grade.

Agree the root-zone preparation and documents required by the destination before shipment. The pallet dimensions in the table are a packing reference; the loading plan depends on the selected trees, canopy clearance and transport route.
