Receiving & Growing Care
Place the plants in a bright holding area matched to the supplied species. Check small pots frequently for drying and keep drainage clear. Retain the branch framework with light maintenance while new stock settles.
On arrival, check pot stability, branch clearance and moisture before moving the plants to their holding area. Keep stock labels with each group so that later trimming and handling follow the correct species and grade.

Agree the root-zone preparation and documents required by the destination before shipment. The pallet dimensions in the table are a packing reference; the loading plan depends on the selected trees, canopy clearance and transport route.
