Receiving & Growing Care
Keep the root ball from drying out completely, while allowing excess water to drain. Use a bright, sheltered position during establishment. Trim new shoots selectively once the plants have resumed growth.
On arrival, check pot stability, branch clearance and moisture before moving the plants to their holding area. Keep stock labels with each group so that later trimming and handling follow the correct species and grade.

Agree the root-zone preparation and documents required by the destination before shipment. The pallet dimensions in the table are a packing reference; the loading plan depends on the selected trees, canopy clearance and transport route.
